WEBINAR DESCRIPTION

Imaginative play isn't just fun—it's foundational to how children learn, create, and connect with the world around them. In this free webinar, we'll explore how nature provides the perfect setting to spark creativity and curiosity in young minds. You'll learn why unstructured play matters, how to support it without taking over, and simple ways to invite wonder into outdoor learning. Whether you're a parent, teacher, or caregiver, you'll leave with practical tools and fresh inspiration to help children grow through play, right beneath the trees.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This webinar is designed for anyone who teaches in a forest or nature school program, which could include: teachers, aides, guides, administrators, naturalists.

Bryanna Waldron - Nature-Based Educator

Bryanna is a nature-loving mother and passionate advocate for outdoor learning. She is currently working toward her Level 3 Nature-Based Educator Certificate through ANBE, as well as earning her bachelor's degree in Nature-Based Early Childhood Care and Education. She has worked with children from birth to age 13 in various nature-based education settings and programs. She is deeply curious about the natural world and finds endless joy in discovering tiny insects and the "new-to-her" life hiding beneath logs and leaves. Her work is rooted in the belief that wonder, imagination, and dirt-covered hands are essential to childhood.
