WEBINAR DESCRIPTION

This webinar will teach specific mental health benefits of being in Nature. Participants will learn through experience and discussion about how practicing mindfulness in connection with Nature can help with all sorts of mental health issues including stress, anxiety, depression, diminished attention span, and more. The webinar will also include resources on how to incorporate these benefits into their everyday life.


WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This webinar is designed for parents/family caregivers and anyone who teaches in a forest or nature school program which could include: teachers, aides, guides, administrators, naturalists.  

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR


Nathalie Savell - Upward Spiral Wellness

Nathalie is a licensed clinical professional counselor, certified nature-informed therapist, homeschool mom, stepmom, and passionate mental health advocate. She is also a trained yoga teacher who feels strongly about bringing the holistic perspective into the mental health conversation. When she's not running nature therapy groups, seeing clients or with my kids, she's doing yoga, seeing live music, hiking, or traveling.
